    I have a problem with exsessive sweating after physical activity. The main problem is that if I start to sweat, I continue sweating for up to 40 minutes. My chest, face, and neck are the main problems.

    i have a bad problem with sweating and always have sweat marks on my clothes. as you can imagine it is a very embarassing problem and lowers my confidence. i m currently using a 48 hour anti persperant(mitchum) but i am still sweating. in the past i have tried driclor but found it very stingy. if anyone has any experience your comments would be much appreciated.

    • Have a bit of sage. A sage tea is probably best. Sage reduces perspiration. But not too much each day or it could increase it again. If you find that it slows perspiration, but that it then returns again…just alter when you use the sage so that the “slow down” is when you want it to be. For example, would you rather be dry during the day, or at night? If you pay attention and experiment a little, you’ll see the best timing of your body and can then adapt your intake accordingly.

      P.S. – the taste of the tea takes a little getting used to, but its worth it because it works.


  5. i have an excessive sweating problem in my armpits, is there any solutions to stop the sweating?
    i cant use hyper care, do surgery, or anything with lasers. I need a solution thatll stop the sweating cause i cant wear any good clothes that i have): i have used anti-prescriptions like dove clinical protection and degree clinical protection but it just doesnt work.


    • I had the same problem..
      I would sweat in the winter, when i’m not active! haha
      Really, my mom suggested Secret clinical strength deoderant, and I havent had the problem since. Try putting it on, not only in hte morning but before bed too.

      Thats all I can suggest!
